Apple Vs. The Government

In December two shooters killed 14 people in San Bernardino California. Later on both of the shooters died in a shootout with police. One of the shooters had an iPhone 5C which could have contacts with people who could be terrorists or shooters who could have texted him the location of a future shooting. The government wants to hack the phone if it has any valuable information. According to the customer letter apple sent out  http://www.apple.com/customer-letter/  The United States government has demanded that Apple take an unprecedented step which threatens the security of our customers. We oppose this order, which has implications far beyond the legal case at hand. This moment calls for public discussion, and we want our customers and people around the country to understand what is at stake.” According to http://blogs.wsj.com/briefly/2016/02/23/u-s-vs-apple-where-they-disagree-at-a-glance/ The Wall Street Journal  The government said "This is a tailored request to get around limits on guessing the phones passcode. There is no effort to create a master key." According to the San Francisco Gate  the government is using a law passed in 1789 called the All Writs Act a catch-all statute that authorizes federal courts to issue whatever orders they find necessary to fill in legal gaps left by Congress, so long as they are “agreeable to the usages and principles of law.” http://www.sfgate.com/business/article/Apple-vs-the-federal-government-is-not-a-6840583.php  According to The Telegraph http://www.telegraph.co.uk/comment/telegraph-view/12165497/Apple-vs-the-government.html "The government is asking for the assistance of a company that has come to symbolize America’s ingenuity and technological supremacy. That assistance could potentially save lives by preventing a future attack. Still Apple refuses to comply."
I wonder what will happen if Apple does give the code to the FBI?
I wonder if the government will will the court case?

Ted Video About Driver Less and Driver Assisted Cars

In this video Chris explains the driver less car and the driver assisting car. He explains what the difference is and how most Americans want to start with the driver assisting car and then move to the driver less car if they like or want to. He also explains how the cars work and how they recognize objects.
Question 1: Would you rather have a driver less car or a driver assisting car or just a normal car? Question 2: How much do you think driver less                                                                                       cars and driver assisted cars should be priced?
